2010 League Schedules Now Available!

Everyone:
The fall schedule is now posted! To get to the schedule if you are not a league member (coach, team official, etc.) go to League Information and click Schedules
Coaches and Team officials you can view your team's schedule by going to League Member Access, clicking Team Officials Access, logging in and then selecting Season Manager.
Note: Season Manager is where you will enter game reports for the season
All coaches, team officials and club administrators please make sure any questions, issues, concerns that you have for the league are submitted through your delegate only. Do not contact the league directly.
Delegates, Monica is sending an email to you with valuable information regarding the start of the fall season.

All communications with the league registrar is to be done via email only!

Phone calls will not be accepted.
Club delegates are the ones responsible for the gathering of their teams' player registration materials. They are also the ones responsible for checking them for completeness and accuracy per the league's registrar's instructions. Unless you identify yourself in e-mails as the club delegate we will not answer e-mails. We have been bombarded with questions from coaches, managers, registrars, etc about the registration process, all instruction have been updated – please use them! My address is located below and on the registration pages, I get e-mails on a daily basis asking me for this info – please print instruction and keep handy!!

Our next registration date is Thursday August 26, 2010 at USTC in Downingtown from 7-9 pm
NOTE: No one will be admitted for processing after 8.30 pm
ALL CLUBS SHOULD HAVE THEIR TEAMS COMPLETE BY NEXT REGISTRATION. WE WILL HOLD A FINAL REGISTRATION NIGHT JUST AFTER LABOR DAY. THIS NIGHT IS MEANT TO BE FOR PS1 CHANGES ONLY!! IF YOU WAIT TO BRING FULL TEAMS THAT NIGHT AND THEY ARE NOT CORRECT THEY WILL NOT PLAY ON OPENING WEEKEND!!
LORI AND I WILL NOT PROCESS CORRECTIONS ON THE FRIDAY BEFORE SEASON STARTS!

All Delco passes must be printed on EPYSA/US Youth card stock only!. This card stock can be obtained from Barb Budgick, the league's registrar. Delegates should email Barb at EPYSA Registrar and let her know how many teams they card stock for. Delegates can then either arrange to pick up the card stock from the Delco Box located on Barb's front porch or send a self addressed stamped envelope to Barb at 1113 Randall Avenue, Boothwyn, PA 19061 for her to mail back the card stock. The sheets are 8 1/2 x 11 in size. I do not have a postage scale, you will have to figure out your own postage.

Last night information about scheduling your home games for the 2010 Fall season was sent to delegates for both Pags and Delco.
Delegates can now begin to schedule their home games only. The deadline is August 14, 2010 to complete this process.
Note: I will be emailing the schedule in MS Excel spreadsheet form later today.

Columbus Day Tournament Now accepting applications!
Applications for the Fall 2010 Delco Columbus Day tournament are now being accepted.
Deadline for registering is August 31, 2010.
Note: under 11 teams will play the 8 v. 8 format, which is consistent with this year's fall league play
