Fall 2017 Team Registration Opens May 12thTeam registration opens on May 12th. Delegates must first register their clubs before their teams can be registered online
Last day to withdraw a team without penalty is June 17thDelegates must email the league to withdraw a team and also delete the team from the system by June 17th to avoid the $500.00 late withdraw fine.
Fall 2017 team registration closes June 16thTeam registration closes. Delegates must complete their 1st online validation of all teams by June 16th. Any team not validated will be dropped from the alignment process
Alignment Committee Process June 18th-25thThe alignment committee will meet to do the preliminary alignments JUne 18th-25th. Delegates should be available via phone for any questions pertaining to their teams
Joint PAGS/DELCO Mandatory Registrars Meeting June 21st 6PMJoint registrars meeting will be held at USTC 6pm on JUne 21st. Card stock will be distributed at the this meeting. No card stock will be mailed out
Preliminary alignments will be posted by June 26thPreliminary alignments will be posted by June 26th. Delegates (ONLY) can begin to submit any appeals starting today via email to the league
Last day delegates can submit an a appeal is July 6thDelegates must submit any appeals to the alignments by 10 pm July 6th.
