Field Registration

 

Welcome to the Delco Soccer League!

This set of instructions is designed to you through the process of registering a field for use in a Season

Field registration

Field registration for the Delco Soccer League allows clubs to register facilities (e.g. Municpal Park ) and individual fields (e.g. field A) for use in a given season.  This year the same information will be collected as last year.

 

New teams will need to supply information regarding their previous playing experience when completing the registration.

 

To register a field and or facility, do the following:

 

  1. from the Delco website click �League Registration� from the Site map
  2. from the league registration dashboard click �Fields�
  3. from the fields dashboard click the link on the main page entitled �Click here to register a field� and complete the following steps
    1. Overview

                                                               i.      Read this information carefully

                                                             ii.      Click �Next

    1. Step 1

                                                               i.      Select the appropriate year/season

                                                             ii.      Select the facility

1.      NOTE:  if it is a new facility leave the selection as �not listed

a.       You will complete information about the facility in following steps

                                                            iii.      If you selected a facility select the field to register or for a new field leave the selection as �not listed

                                                           iv.      Click �Next

    1. Add New Facility and/or Field

                                                               i.      Check the list of available facilities

1.      if you find your facility select it.  Otherwise leave selection as �not listed

                                                             ii.      If you selected a facility check the available fields

1.      if you find the field for the facility select it.  Otherwise leave the selection as �not listed

                                                            iii.      click �Next

    1. Field Information

                                                               i.      New field � complete all information

                                                             ii.      Existing field � information regarding the field will display.  Make sure it is correct.

1.      NOTE:  If you are registering a field that is shared with another club and the information is already present leave as is.  Otherwise check with the other club if there is an issue with the information before you make changes.

                                                            iii.      Click �Next

    1. Facility Address

                                                               i.      New facility � complete all information

                                                             ii.      Existing facility � information regarding the facility will display.  Make sure it is correct.

1.      NOTE:  If you are registering a field that is shared with another club and the information is already present leave as is.  Otherwise check with the other club if there is an issue with the information before you make changes.

                                                            iii.      Click �Next

    1. Field Availability

                                                               i.      Complete all information based on the upcoming season

                                                             ii.      Click �Next

    1. Dates Unavailable

                                                               i.      Enter any dates where you know the field is unavailable

                                                             ii.      Click �Next

    1. Field Comments

                                                               i.      Enter any pertinent comments about the field (maximum of 150 characters)

                                                             ii.      Click �Next

    1. Summary

                                                               i.      Click �Finish� to complete registration for season

                                                             ii.      Click �Previous� to change any information

                                                            iii.      Click �Cancel  to quit the registration process

Next steps

  • Once you complete the registration you can view the field information from the �League Information� page (link is located on the website�s home page under Site map)
  • If you need to change any information just repeat the above steps
