Tournament check-in information
Teams will need to register at least 1 hour
prior to their first game on Saturday at the tournament registration table. Rosters,
player passes and medical releases (UYSYS TEAMS ONLY) will be checked. All guest
players must be listed on the roster and checked in with their paperwork/player
pass from their primary team in order to be eligible to play.. 2008/2009 registered
Delco teams will not need to have their paperwork checked only
if they are not using any guest players as the league has
their information on file already. These teams will only need to stop by the
table to pick up their tournament coach's gifts and any updates/changes to the schedule.
If a 2008/2009 Delco team is using any guest players then that team will have to
their roster, and passes checked 1 hour before their first game on Saturday.
Coaches should carry their officially stamped roster, medical
releases (USYS ONLY) and player passes with them to each game in case there
is a need to verify any of their information.
Coaches are reminded that Delco's new sideline rule and
the modified U9/10 rules will be in affect for the tournament. (see rules
for specific details)
Coaches are reminded to make sure their sidelines are policed
for trash after each of their games. We are guests of the hosting clubs and we want
to make sure that we give their facilities and them the proper respect in regards
to their fields while using them.
Parents and coaches should pay close attention to the parking
areas at each site. Tow away zones are clearly marked and will be enforced
by the hosting club. Consider this your official warning on this.
Parking in an illegal spot will be at your own risk.
Awards will be given out to both the champions and finalists
in each age group. There will be an awards presentation ceremony for both
teams at the tournament headquarters table area. Coaches please make sure
that you and team head right over to the award ceremony immediately after your game.
If you need to contact the tournament director Goose Gosselin
(610--331-8006) or Monica Chrisanthon ( 610-513-3539) at any time during the tournament
please only do so if you are unable to have your questions answered at the tournament
headquarter table located at each site.
